Abul Nasar, a TMC leader and husband of the Deputy Chief of Adhata Panchayat in Amadanga, was found dead in a hotel room in Mandarmani early this morning. Nasar, who had traveled to the popular seaside town with friends for a leisure trip, was discovered hanging in his hotel room at a luxury resort. The incident was reported to the local police, who quickly arrived at the scene.
Preliminary police investigations suggest that another person was present in the hotel room when Nasar's body was found. However, authorities have not confirmed whether Nasar’s wife was with him. The police have begun questioning the hotel staff, as well as reviewing hotel records and surveillance footage from the premises to gather further information. Investigators are also attempting to contact Nasar's family members for more details about his activities leading up to the incident.
As part of the ongoing investigation, the police are working to determine the cause of death and the exact sequence of events. The local authorities are conducting interviews with anyone who may have been in the area or had contact with Nasar before his death. The investigation is still in its early stages, and no conclusions have been reached regarding the circumstances of the death.
